Yes, silver and gold pieces are ideal. For plated items, send a photo first so we can confirm it’s safe.
How long does it take?
Most jobs are completed quickly once received. Complex items or heavy scratch work can take longer. We’ll confirm timing after assessment.
Do you do mail-in polishing?
Yes. We can polish via mail-in. Use tracked shipping, and we’ll advise the best way to package your piece.
Will polishing remove all scratches?
Light-to-medium scratches usually improve a lot. Deep scratches may reduce but not fully disappear without reshaping or repair work.
