The 4Cs (quick guide)

Diamonds are typically assessed using the 4Cs: Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat. We’ll guide you through what matters most for your budget and the look you want.

  • Cut: sparkle and light return (often the biggest impact)
  • Colour: how colourless the stone appears
  • Clarity: internal inclusions and surface marks
  • Carat: weight/size (balanced with cut + proportions)
